If you want to look flawless on your wedding, here is a schedule from a certified beautician - this is how your skin will look brilliant and glowing

1. A month before the wedding: make an appointment with a beautician. Balas explains: "Since you never know how long the skin will take to heal after the treatment, you should come a month in advance. It's important to remember that the time before the wedding is full of stress and tensions. The facial skin is an outer mirror of what goes on inside, so you may have more skin problems."
2. The month before: keep things as they are. After treatment, make sure to clean your face every day and apply moisturizer that matches your skin type.
3. A week before: go to the beautician again. No worries, this time she won't take out the blackheads. The purpose of this meeting is to pluck and design your eyebrows (that goes for grooms as well). Balas adds that "based on the beautician, you may need specific treatment for a potential problem such as pimples that need sterilization, closing open pores, and soothing eye treatments."
4. The wedding day: on the day itself, you may and should undergo a beauty treatment that includes gentle peeling and a facial mask. This gives your skin a healthy and glowing look, and creates a great base for the makeup to come later.

Don't say you weren't warned:

1. The old Murphy's law says that whatever can happen will, so that the odds of your waking up on the blissful day with a huge pimple or annoying herpes are there. No worries: Balas recommends getting some acne drying cream in advance, and whoever has suffered from herpes, some cream.
2. Another recommendation is not to start any serious skincare treatment any time close to the wedding. This means pigmentation treatments, lightening, deep peeling, or anything else that could leave traces on the big day.

A tip for the newlyweds: Have your partner join you for your beauty treatment on the big day. "The treatment is relaxing and gives the skin a final push towards looking its best on your special day."
